- Sharing Features Data:
- When sharing features are used (e.g., Sidekicks), we store anonymous device information for the purpose of relaying messages between users. These messages are anonymous and are not stored once delivered.

No other personal or other information is collected.
5. How We Use Your Data
- Local Data Storage: Medication and schedule data is stored securely on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
- Functionality: Your data is used solely to provide medication reminders and manage your schedules within the App.
- App Improvement and Maintenance: Anonymous usage logs and crash reports are used to improve the user experience and fix technical issues.
- Message Delivery: Anonymous device information is used temporarily to relay messages between users when sharing features are active.
6. Health Data
Pillbug allows users to manage medication schedules and track adherence. This includes health-related information such as medication names, timing, and intake history.

- Is stored only on your device
- Is used solely to provide app functionality (reminders, tracking, and optional sharing features)
- Is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising
- Is not used for commercial benefits
Pillbug does not use your health data for analytics, profiling, or marketing.

If you choose to use sharing features (e.g., Sidekicks), information may be transmitted via standard communication services (such as SMS) or relayed through our service. Relayed messages are anonymous and are not stored once delivered.

- No Commercial Use: No data is used for commercial benefits.
- No Third-Party Integration: The App does not integrate with or interact with third-party services for data processing.

- Device Security: Protect your device and App access to prevent unauthorized use of your data.

- Local Storage: Your primary medication data is stored locally on your device, not on external servers.
- Device Protection: We recommend using strong passwords and enabling device security features to safeguard your information.
10. Data Deletion
You have full control over your data, and can delete your data in the following ways:

Since Pillbug does not store your medication data on external servers, we do not retain any copies after deletion.
11. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
